The Big Release finally released - Sarkar Raj the sequel is here to stay.
The movie starts of where it left - Abhiskek (Shankar) taking up major portion of the family business of er...social service from his father Amitabh (Subhash aka Sarkar).
The issue is that of clearing up villages to build up a very large power plant to satisfy Maharashtra's power needs.
Shankar thinks this is an opportunity to get the state on the fast track to progress.
His campaigning in the cities is opposed by a young prospective leader Sanjay Somji - Grand Son of Rao Saheb.
Oh...talking about Rao Saheb - We come to know about his magnitude only when Sarkar touches his feet (really) !
Finally Matters Complicate a bit (Matters i leave to you to discover) and suddenly Shankar is attacked and killed by a sniper.
Sarkar now takes up the matter in his own hands and goes away from his usual technique of controlled violence to that of kill all.
He finds out the missing links in the whole set-up which later reveals itself as one of the biggest conspracies ever with the mastermind being Rao Saheb Himself.
But Sarkar is the ultimate - he tracks down all his enemies and finishes of the obstaclec to the power plant project.
In this process Aishwarya ( A london Girl) too gets absorbed in the sarkar community and this scene marks the end of the grand sequel fully living upto the expectations.
The lighting is exquisite - though some may find it dark.
The Camera are angles are bizarre - but they only add to the theme of the movie.
The Sounds too are impeccable with realistic dialogue delivery - making it hard to comprehend on a DVD.
All in all the sequel more-or-less lives up to the hype it had created.
See ya later.
